Availability

Please Note the Following: 

+ All items are subject to availability 
+ You will be informed ASAP if the goods you have ordered are not available 
+ We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold at a similar time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can. 
+ Some products are only available to customers in New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. (This will be specified in the description of the product page).

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of order must be made immediately. If your goods have already been shipped please follow our return policy below. 

NOTE: If you choose to cancel your order after receiving the goods & have paid with credit card, PAYPAL, LAYBUY or AFTERPAY there will be a 10% processing fee.

NOTE: All items part of the him.her sale categories are reduced to go + final sale, no refunds or returns are accepted. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

NOTE: 
Swimwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
(because of hygiene reasons swimwear purchases are final sale) 


Return Policy

The team at Him.Her. have carefully selected products featured on the website that are on trend, popular within the store from both customers & employees. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the product is faulty, then it must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange/credit note.

You need to inform him.her staff of the return, as some returns may not be valid. 
i.e 7 Days after purchase date, sale items, tags removed etc.
Also facebook & instagram messages can easily be missed, emails are not always 100% either as a form of contact, as spam can redirect them if you have never contacted the company before.

+ Clearance & sale items cannot be returned or refunded
(so please choose carefully)
+ Swimwear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
(because of hygiene reasons swimwear purchases are final sale) 
+ Change of mind is not a valid for of return
+ Items to be returned within 7 days of purchase 
+ Items must be in new condition 
+ Items to be unused 
+ Items to be in original packaging & tags attached

+ A credit in shop will be given once we have received and checked the product, then you will be contacted by the Him.Her. team via email/phone to confirm your store credit, this can be used in shop or online x.

+ All shipping charges associated with the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
+ Him.Her reserves the right to reject returns outside the 7 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in new condition/used and/or original packaging.

Shipping

Him.Her. will ship your order once payment has cleared and we will let you know via email when your parcel is on it's way. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery through NZ Couriers or NZ Post. If an item is of stock or unavailable the Him.Her. team will contact you within the first 24hrs after purchase has been made. We apologise in advance but stock levels at peak trends are tricky to keep an eye on – but we will do our very best to get the out of stock item to you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Note:
Once the website order of purchased goods has been accepted by NZ Couriers or NZ Post, Him.Her are not liable for any unreceived goods either not signed or collected by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make a claim with the company on lost or stolen goods once the goods leave the store location of Him.Her. Him.Her will try and assist wherever possible to try and help locate the missing goods, but not liable for replacement of the goods if lost or stolen in the delivery process.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unusual event your item is damaged or if you suspect your parcel may be damaged in transit we recommend that you write STI (subject to inspection) beside your signature and then contact us immediately so that we can contact our courier company.

Payment and Security

We use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.

Privacy

The Him.Her. team value your privacy. Your details will not be shared to anyone else outside the company without your consent. Any information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.
